We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented UI designer/developer to join a multi-disciplinary team which specializes in the analysis of mutliformat/multimedia data. Our systems range from low level technology assessments to web applications and multi-touch displays with top of the line tools. As an integral member of this team, the UI Developer will transition our systems to a wider audience of end-users by designing and coding interactive interfaces using tools of their choice across platforms (Linux, Mac, Windows, etc.). We are looking for a creative developer who can work with end-users, computer scientists and other stakeholders on multiple tasks.
We do not have a laundry list of buzzwords; instead we want to see what you have done by looking over your portfolio. Besides requiring a current Top Secret (or higher) clearance , we are open regarding:
- Level - from recent graduates to seasoned professionals
- Software preference (as long as you can develop on multiple platforms)
- Education (we prefer a BSCS but understand that many talented designers have learned their craft on the job)
We are particularly interested in speaking with applicants who have harnessed a variety of formats to enhance end-user experience. To apply, please send your résumé and (link to) portfolio. If you have the clearance and we like your design, we will be in touch.
